Help using the Southwark Education web site

How do I find information on the Southwark Education web site?
The Southwark Education web site aims to separate information into areas according to your needs. To access the area or areas designed for you simply click on the option at the top of the screen which best represents your area of interest. Once you have entered one of the main sections, new choices will appear on the left of the screen.

If you still cannot find what you are looking for please use the Site search at the top left of every screen or the A-Z Site index to the right of every screen.

What does underlined text mean?
You will notice that some of the text on the web site is underlined. If you click on text which is underlined you will be taken to another part of this web site or a page on another web site.

What screen size do I need to view the web site?
The web site is optimised for a screen resolution of 800 x 600 pixels although it can be accessed by monitors of any resolution.

How do I access a restricted area of the web site?
If you have permission to access a restricted area of the web site simply visit the Login page and enter the user name and password you have been allocated. If you have problems logging in, or you do not have a user name and password and feel you should have one, please e-mail education.info@southwark.gov.uk.

How do I log out of the restricted areas of the web site?
You are automatically logged out when you close your web browser or if you have not used the web site for 20 minutes or more.
